In the Kite Race competition, Sebastian Bubmann (SKBue) won in front of Armin Harich (SKBue) and Stefan Permien. The women's race was won by Annika Sellin. The freestyle competition saw some hard fights between the competitors of last year. Mario Rodwald (SKBue) showed his technical tricks in the challenging conditions, leaving Stefan Permien and Sebastian Bubmann (SKBue) in second and third place. The women's freestyle competition was also exciting, with Sünne Elbel winning in front of Skadi Siegmayer. The best "young gun" in the junior's freestyle competition was Jerrie van de Kop followed by Nils Wesch.
