On Whit Monday (Pfingstmontag) the EWE TEL Windsurf Cup at the White Sands Festival in  Norderney closed with a satisfied Bernd Flessner (GER-16, F2, Neil Pryde).
In each of the four event days local hero Flessner left no doubt who is the dominator. He won each and any of the races.

Member of the Windfinder Surf Team  Gunnar Asmussen from Flensburg (GER-88, F2, North) came in second: "After the 4th place in Fehmarn I was able to get second here. These races are an ideal preparation for the upcoming DM (German Masters) at Sylt. There I plan to attack really hard and want to beat Flessner." said  Gunnar after the race. We may be curious about it.

Helge Wilkens (GER-63, Starboard, Gun) from Hannover was the third rider on the podium.

The 4th rank was also taken by a Windfinder team rider, Denis Standhardt from Bochum (GER-189, ). He proved himself to be a serious competitor and dropped Pawel Dittrich (GER-381, Gaastra, Tekkno) to the 5th rank.

The next DWC event is the "DWC Dranske / Rügen"  from 30.05. to 01.06.2008.
